    A collaborative professional development program for school communications/public relations personnel and school nutrition personnel

    9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
    The Whitted Building, 300 West Tryon Street, Hillsborough

    Cost: $40 for individuals and $75 for a school PR/school nutrition duo from the same school district.  Lunch provided.  Space is limited.

    ■ About the Workshop
    Is your school nutrition program hungry for marketing strategies that work?  The N.C. School Public Relations Association is here to serve up a recipe for success.

    Our agenda offers a healthy menu of five professional development sessions that focus on topics such as how to increase participation in school meal programs, introduce feeding programs outside the cafeteria, take effective school nutrition pictures that spice up your promotional efforts, and so much more.  Plus, we will have time for collaboration and networking.

    This one-day workshop is ideal for school communications/public relations professionals and school nutrition directors and other personnel who support your school district’s school nutrition efforts.
